Note.—Former s. 925.01.

I know that Ms. Robin S Jensen has railroaded this case through the courts to get the verdict that she wanted.  She has flip flop on the competency of Jennifer Sosa.

For a short example, April 2011, I was in court with Judge James Parker. My attorney Steven Ellis tried to call Ms. Jennifer Sosa to the stand, Ms. Jensen (DCF attorney not the attorney for Ms. Sosa) protest her testifying because she was mentally incompetent, the Judge so ruled. The following statement from Amy Clark (the Guardian Ad Litem) was that Ms. Sosa wanted to adopt out her child. He ruled that she could give her up her child. My attorney heatedly protested that if she was too incompetent to testify she was too incompetent to give up her parental rights. He immediately requested a copy of the audio tape of the proceedings, Judge Parker denied our right to a copy and then he yelled at the court reporter, Leah Liedke to shut off the machines and leave the court room which she did. This is one example of how each court case is handled. Court reports kick out of open court.  When it was convenient to take the child Ms. Jensen was happy to have her competent and yet when I needed her testimony she was incompetent.

I have been denied the court records and I am unable to file appeals on any ruling.

Leah Liedke has made no effort to report the fact that she was denied the right to record the rest of the session, I know this is because a conflict of interests as laid out below. As an officer of the court she had certain responsibilities she has failed

(a) No public officer or employee of an agency shall have or hold any employment or contractual relationship with any business entity or any agency which is subject to the regulation of, or is doing business with, an agency of which he or she is an officer or employee, excluding those organizations and their officers who, when acting in their official capacity, enter into or negotiate a collective bargaining contract with the state or any municipality, county, or other political subdivision of the state; nor shall an officer or employee of an agency have or hold any employment or contractual relationship that will create a continuing or frequently recurring conflict between his or her private interests and the performance of his or her public duties or that would impede the full and faithful discharge of his or her public duties.

The court reporter Leah Liedke { Judge James Parker’s secretary as well as a court reporter}, she should have filed a complaint about being kicked out of the courtroom but how can she complain when she is risking her main employment. How can I trust her to be impartial?  Huge conflicting of interest.
