You guys have no idea. I’m a social worker contracted by dcf and I get railroaded and yelled at by the lawyers and dcf investigators all the flipping time. They don’t do they flipping job, and then say its not their problem when a family doesn’t get to see their kids within 72 hours. By the way it is a requirement of florida statue to allow this but they ignore it on a daily basis. They remove children they shouldn’t. They demand work before you even have a cbhance to get the meet the family and get their side.

Ashley, you should document everything because when sh*t hits the fan it will be the little caring genuine good people like you that get fired or punished. Once you have the names, dates, incidents all recorded you can either blow the whistle or defend yourself when the time is right!
I wish there were more people like you looking out for families interests!

I know cps lawyers are crooked but so are the case workers. Anybody that has anything to do with legally kidnapping a child is crooked. Anybody who gets into this business doesn’t have a heart or morals. I don’t know how they sleep at night. How is foster carceration better than a loving family.
That SOCIAL WORKER is telling the TRUTH! Investigators, the DA especially, really are Heads over and like the Mafia. I know 2 Workers, 22yr & 12yr CPS employed NO LONGER. They REFUSED to play the PROFIT and BONUS games!
It is sad what are children go through for money. SOCIAL Services needs to be stoped.
Please help us. I have a friend whose daughter was killed due to the neglect and false actions of DCF. She had a seizure disorder, and they falsely ripped her away from her loving home with her mother, and placed her into the care of her father, who abruptly left her at home to go out with his new girlfriend. They denied her the medication that she was on, and left her to have a seizure and end up drowning in the pool. And for what? She was taken from her loving home for no reason, and murdered. Please help us to put an end to this. No family should ever have to deal with this, and no child deserves to die.

By your post I am going to say these things are bothering you. It is hurting you that the Best Interest of the child is not being met all the time because of the pressure to remove. Then why not do the right thing document record and then file a lawsuit expose these wrongs and get changes and safe guards put in place. Think of all the lives you can impact for the better. These children deserve to be with their families not torn away for Federal Money.
