  • It’s impossible to evaluate this survey since they don’t tell you what they consider as positive “Representation”. From who’s standpoint, the State’s, or the childs and his family?

Is a “Good” outcome that the kid is successfully kidnapped into CPS and CASAs control?

Florida got an “F” in the survey, and it was well deserved, but Texas, of all places, got a “B”!

When it comes to protecting a childs rights in a Texas Court, Texas STINKS!

The kid is NEVER listened to, the parents are NEVER listened to, and if the lawyer DARES to address the Court of challenge the decisions of CPS and CASA, he’s OUT OF THERE!

Texas is now resorting to stealing children out of hospital beds who have been medically diagnosed with MD and Cancer, and STILL the lawyers stand there in Court like a potted plant not DARING to challenge the way CPS and CASA see’s things. THIS WARRENTS A “B”???

If this “Survey” is going to be swallowed by ANYBODY, you’re going to have to explain the ground rules of evaluation FIRST.

As it stands now, it appears the “Best” representation is the lawyers who can usher the kids onto the adoption auction block the fastest.

That is HARDLY “In the childs best interest”.

These kids that are AUTOMATICALLY ASSUMED to be “Abused and neglected” need a voice in Court, not some jerky rubber stamp for CPS and CASA.

What this report really shows is the MASSIVE amount of apportioned funds into First Star and the Children’s Advocacy Institute to prop up their foster and adoption “Better Outcome” solutions. Shame on you University of San Diego School of Law for your nearsightedness in the best interest of our children; what these schools of law actually do is proliferate the propaganda for government confiscation programs, and “A Child’s Right To Counsel” is their platform.

    Great observations by Bill Medvecky!
